I am opening an extra acupuncture treatment slot on the days that I work to provide low cost, acupuncture only treatments in a separate treatment room while I am treating another patient in my other treatment room.
I provide free, group style acupuncture, called community acupuncture, on most Wednesdays beginning May 14 at 9:30 AM for Fight Like a Girl, 100 Bullard St south of Broadway. Check their Facebook page for updates.

Insurance:
Dr. Cat is a Health Care Provider, called a "Specialist" for:
BCBS, Presbyterian, TriWest, UHC-depends on the plan, possibly but not probably other Health Insurance companies.
For those with insurance:
Since health insurance companies have made it very difficult to verify your benefits, I request that you provide written verification of your insurance info and acupuncture benefit.
Since I cannot know for what services I will be paid, & amount I will be paid, I ask you to pay my cash price for your treatment. After I am paid by your insurance, I will reimburse the amount that I owe you.
Generally, Medicare and Medicaid do not pay for acupuncture (even though they say they do). This is not my fault, but due to federal Medicare regulations. You can change this by supporting HB 3133, Acupuncture for Seniors Act.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, at least 24 hours from time of appointment

48 hours or more preferred so someone else may enjoy that treatment time.
No shows will not be able to reschedule.
All precautions are taken to make an extremely respiratory virus SAFE treatment & environment by wearing masks. Respiratory viruses are very contagious.
